...Don’t let the panel talk about themselves
This is the laziest way to start a conference session and unfortunately most start this way. When a moderator agrees to give every panelist 3-5 minutes to talk about themselves and their business they immediately eat up 15-20 minutes of what is traditionally a 45 or 60 minute session.
